<p><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">「性別平等教育」不只是演講者教學和研究工作的重點，更是念茲在茲的日常生活實踐。作為一個受過社會學專業訓練的女性主義學者，演講者除了關心個人性別意識的啟蒙與發展，更在意社會結構面的改革與社會制度的安排如何能更促進社會上的性別平等。一直以來，女性主義的理論觀點提供給源源不絕的養分，讓講者除了透過研究分析社會上的性別現象之外，也更期許所生產出來知識能化為行動實踐的力量。</span><span style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;"></span></p>

</span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">此次演講將針對女性主義教學常提出的一些重要議題－如學生之經驗與發聲、合作共享式學習、權威的再思、關懷照顧倫理與責任倫理等，從多元文化的觀點做相關文獻的回顧，這些文獻包含西方的論述與本土性別研究相關的教學論文，期望思索種族、族群、階級、性取向等差異，如何伴隨性別因素的運作在影響教育學理論的建構與教學的實務。並試圖去了解當一些關切教學的女性主義學者努力在建構女性主義的教室同時，是否也留意到多元文化的現實與潮流？從文獻的評析與相關教學經驗的議題探析之中，希望可以提供一些啟示和論述基礎，以便進一步思索更多發展多元文化取向的女性主義教育學的可能性與實踐之道。</span><span style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;"></span></p>
