演講摘要｜

　　With the intensive growth of Industry 4.0 world-wide, much work in recent years has focused not only on making dexterous robots that mimic human operations through complex mechatronic integration but also on establishing capabilities for robots to possess human skills via abstracting that skill into a machine-understandable computational model. In this seminar, the speaker will first showcase his R&D on integration of robot and sensors followed by several examples of his industry-collaborated work with ITRI laboratories and a spin-off biomedical device company. The aim of this seminar is to explore opportunities in establishing interdisciplinary collaborations in researching and designing devices and platforms to allow intelligent robots in learning human skills as well as to allow the robots to assist humans to perform and conduct quality lives.
